Get set up in five steps

About 3 minutes on Windows and on macOS 14.2 or later, where one permission prompt lets the app hear the other person. Older Macs add a guided one-time audio driver (BlackHole, free).

Install the app

Download for your platform and run the installer. Takes about a minute.

Open the app and sign in with the same account you use here — your modes and playbooks sync automatically.

Pass the sound check

The app plays a test voice and shows two meters so you know it hears you and the other side. On macOS 14.2 or later it asks for one permission (System Audio Recording) and needs no driver; on older Macs it installs the free BlackHole driver for you first — about 2 minutes, one admin password.

Join your call

Start or join your Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet call as normal. ConversationPilot detects the meeting audio.

Live tips, signals, and next best moves show up in an always-on-top overlay — visible only to you.

If your Mac says the download or the app is blocked

ConversationPilot is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple, so a warning is almost always your browser or a company device policy being cautious about a new file, not a problem with the app. Nothing needs to be run except the app itself.

Chrome or Edge says the file “may be dangerous”: open the downloads list, choose Keep, then open the .dmg.
macOS says it cannot verify the app or that it is blocked: right-click ConversationPilot in Applications and choose Open, or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to the message.
Work-managed Mac: ask IT to allow apps signed by Future Systems AI Ltd (Apple Team ID X8RL68L62C, bundle identifier ai.conversationpilot.desktop). The app is notarised, uses no kernel extensions, and on macOS 14.2 or later asks only for Microphone and System Audio Recording.
